+ How do I track my shipment?

You can track your order anytime HERE.
Once your order is dropped off to the respective shipping providers, an email with tracking details will be sent to you. You will be able to track the status of the order by entering the tracking number into your post office or FedEx portal.

+ What currency do you accept?

We accept US dollars (USD) for all sales on our website.

+ How do I make a payment?

 Our transactions are primarily made through PayPal.

+ Can I pay with a Credit Card?

 Yes, our payment processor, PayPal, does offer the option to check out with via credit card. It should be listed as an option when checking out.

+ How do I know if I order has already been shipped?

 It usually takes 2-4 working days to process your order. You will get a notification email along with tracking information when the order has been shipped.

+ How much does shipping cost?

 Shipping is free of charge for FIRST-CLASS PACKAGE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE (K-PACKET) or 32 USD flat rate for FedEx INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY®.Domestic orders within Korea are shipped free of charge.

+ Do you ship internationally?

 Yes, we ship worldwide via FIRST-CLASS PACKAGE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE (K-PACKET) or FedEx INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY®.

+ Will I get a tracking number? 

 Yes, all international orders come with a tracking number from KOREA POSTAL SERVICE, which is compatible with your national Post office portals, or FedEx INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY®. Domestic orders to Korea come with a tracking number from CJ LOGISTICS.

+ How long will my international order take to arrive?

 The shipping time for FIRST-CLASS PACKAGE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE is usually 8-15 business days. The shipping time for FedEx INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY® is usually 2-3 business days. International transit time is subject to delays due to customs inspections and/or force majeure events as well as other changes in service conditions without prior notice.
