Reference number is 3862 and case serial number is 278XXXX / Caliber number is 119XXXX dating it to 1978. Untouched twotone sunbust dial with dauphine hands are all excellent condition. Snap-back case (Case Diameter: 34.7mm included crown.) with Micro rotor 240 automatic caliber is perfect working order but unknown service history. Comes with fitted to a black alligator strap with 18K Patek ellipse buckle.
